Adoptor: Dole Stanfilco
As of March 2016
Kaibigan has been removed from a previous failed pairing attempt and is now waiting to be paired again for breeding. We will do another attempt as soon as we find an unrelated male eagle and a pairing enclosure is available.
Kaibigan is one of the Philippine Eagles that guests can view at the Center. Contrary to her name, she is known to be aggressive and does not easily adjust to her new keeper. She also loves to perch on the highest branch in her enclosure, far from the passing guests.
Kaibigan has a promising role in producing the next generation offspring to help augment the dwindling population of the Philippine Eagle.
With Dole Stanfilco’s continued partnership and support, we can ensure Kaibigan’s progress in the coming years.
